Spend 5.5 hours exploring, seeking out new terrain, skipping the lines, and learning the local secrets from a private guide. This is as personalized as it gets!

Squaw Alpine Guide Program
Offered daily, this new program allows advanced and expert skiers to get to know the mountains with a local private guide. This full-day session is just $159 when you book in advance!

Where To Meet
- Squaw Valley: The Aerial Tram Promenade or the Ski & Snowboard School meeting area at the base of the Funitel
- Alpine Meadows: Ski & Snowboard Meeting School area to the southeast of the base lodge above the Kid's Magic Carpet Lift.
Lunch: We do take a lunch break. Lunch itself is not included, but reserved lunch seating is available when accompanied by a guide.

Should I book in advance?
Definitely! In addition to saving you $30, this will ensure that you get a spot in this popular program.
Should I do any research on where I want to ski/ride before my session?
While not required, if you would like to do some research and make requests for certain terrain, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Does this program grant me access to closed or backcountry areas?
No. This program is only available to open sections of the resort and will not be providing a backcountry experience.
How many people can I include in my group?
You may include up to six individuals in your group.
How are groups formed?
Groups are formed based on ability level and goals.
What is your cancellation policy?
Lessons are fully refundable until 5pm three days prior to the lesson. Lessons canceled after 5pm three days prior will incur a $25 fee for group lessons or a $50 fee for private lessons.
