2019 Summer Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

Valid on arrivals from May 1, 2019 through November 20, 2019. A deposit of the value of the full reservation plus tax is required at the time of booking. All reservations must be canceled 5 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Reservation date changes and early departures within 5 days are considered cancellations. 

2018/2019 Winter Deposit and Cancellation Policy: 

Valid for arrivals from November 20, 2019 through till December 20, 20119 & January 4, 2020 through till April 30, 2020, 

  • A deposit of the value of the full reservation plus tax is required at the time of booking
  • Reservation date changes and early departures within 14 days are considered cancellations.
  • Refundable until 14 days prior to arrival. 
2019/2020 Holiday Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

Valid on dates 12/20/2019-1/05/2020. A deposit of the value of the full reservation plus tax is required at the time of booking. All reservations must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Reservation date changes and early departures within 30 days are considered cancellations.  

Other Details
  • We will certainly do our best to accommodate any special requests you may have, though, due to some limitations, we can't always honor all wishes. Please contact the front desk for more information.
  • Please note that The Village at Squaw Valley does not have central air conditioning. To alleviate this issue, we have portable air conditioning units in most of the rooms, however this is not as efficient and cooling as central air conditioning. The temperatures at night are cool, ranging on average between 40 and 55 degrees. You will find that opening your window and using the fan cools the room should you find the temperature uncomfortable.
  • The Village at Squaw Valley will provide daily trash and towel service. This means your trash will be removed on a daily basis, and all towels not hung up will be replaced. After the third night, we will do a full clean including: replacing linens on bed if replacement card is placed on the bed, make beds, vacuum, dishes, full clean in bathroom, and all supplies replenished.
