2019 Summer Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Valid on arrivals from May 1, 2019 through November 21, 2019. An advance deposit of one night's stay (plus tax) is required at the time of booking. Final payment is automatically charged 5 days prior to arrival date. Reservations must be canceled at least 5 days prior to arrival to receive a refund.
2019-20 Winter Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Valid for arrivals from November 22, 2019 through till December 21, 2019 & January 7, 2019 through till April 30 2019, November 21, 2019 through till December 21, 2019 & January 7, 2019 through April 30 2019. Advance deposit of one-night's stay (plus tax) will be charged at the time of booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. All reservations must be canceled 14 days prior to arrival to receive a refund
2018-19 Winter Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Valid on arrivals between November 22, 2018 - December 21, 2018 & January 7, 2019 through April 7, 2019. An advance deposit of one night's stay plus tax is required at the time of booking. All reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Reservation date changes and early departures within 14 days are considered cancellations. Final payment is automatically charged 14 days prior to arrival.

- Please note that The Village at Squaw Valley does not have central air conditioning. To alleviate this issue, we have portable air conditioning units in most of the rooms, however this is not as efficient and cooling as central air conditioning. The temperatures at night are cool, ranging on average between 40 and 55 degrees. You will find that opening your window and using the fan cools the room should you find the temperature uncomfortable.
- The Village at Squaw Valley will provide daily trash and towel service. This means your trash will be removed on a daily basis, and all towels not hung up will be replaced. After the third night, we will do a full clean including: replacing linens on bed if replacement card is placed on the bed, make beds, vacuum, dishes, full clean in bathroom, and all supplies replenished.
