2-hour space use for setup, event, and teardown

Can I customize my Wedding Menu?

Our Chef has put together an exceptional menu with options for everyone. We are confident you and your guests will love what we have to offer you. Ask your Sales Manager or Venue Manager for the menu options to choose from.

Can I extend my Social Ceremony site without adding a reception option?

We strive to offer the best options for everyone while being courteous of all planned events on-site. Please contact your Sales Manager to understand what options are available to extend your celebrations.

Do you offer this wedding package every day?

We have a variety of specific dates throughout 2020 that you may choose from. I’m certain one of these dates will work great for you and your guests. Please contact your Sales Manager for a list of dates and timeslots available to book.

Can I add the Meal Reception Option to my High Camp Social Ceremony Package?

Yes! We have great locations in the Village where you and your guests will enjoy your wedding meal. Enjoy another scenic Tram ride down together and let our staff take care of the rest!

What if the Tram isn’t working on the day of my Mountain Top Wedding?

Not to worry, we will have a backup location for you to use in the Village at no additional cost. In the rare event that the Aerial Tram is unavailable for use, Staff will do everything possible to continue to accommodate the group with the best possible solutions and space available. Alternate space options must be decided 24 hours in advance of the event start time.

If the weather is bad on my wedding date, do you offer a backup indoor location?

As we all know, the weather can be unpredictable and uncontrollable. If the forecast is unfavorable for an outdoor event, our staff will do everything possible to continue to accommodate the group with the best possible solutions and space available. Alternate space options must be decided 24 hours in advance of the event start time.

Can I start with a Social Ceremony Package and then add on an Intimate Reception option later?

We will be pleased to help you enhance and extend your ceremony when you’re ready. Options and locations will be based on availability at the time of your request. We will need to secure your reception option at least 14 days prior to your wedding date.

I’m ready to say Yes to my Squaw Valley Wedding! How do I secure my Social Ceremony and Intimate Reception?

Great! Contact your Sales Manager right away so that we can get you started with our team. A wedding contract and deposit will be required to secure your date and space.
