14,224 retired staff jackets donated to developing countries
Since 2009, Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows has donated 14,224 retired uniform jackets to National Ski Areas Association’s (NSAA) Sharing Warmth Around the Globe (SWAG) and to other natural disaster relief efforts, including 2,000 to the victims of the 2015 earthquake in Nepal. The SWAG organization coordinates the distribution of old ski uniforms each year to those in need in cold weather countries around the world.
