Cloudy and cold conditions will continue today as an unsettled weather pattern moves in for the foreseeable future. Highs through the week will be in the low 30's at lake level and upper 20's on the mountain. Winds will stay gusty in the 35-45 mph range on the mountain tops.
Light snow showers could move in as early as tonight and will last through most of the week as several weak storms move through. We could see a few inches of snow on the mountain Monday night.
Tuesday looks to be the best day for accumulating snowfall with 3-6 inches possible at the base and 6-9 inches on the mountain.
Lighter accumulations are possible Tuesday night through Thursday with a 3rd weak storm system moving through. 12-18+ inches could pile up on the mountain by Friday but that is stretched over 4 days of off and on light snowfall.
The storms should continue next weekend and into the following week. The storms may not be that big, but the snow will really start to pile up as the storms continue!
