Sunday - Tuesday:
We will see dry & mild weather through Tuesday. Highs in the 40's on the mountains and '50s at the base. We will see clouds start to increase by Tuesday afternoon as the next storm approaches.
Tue Night - Thu Storm:
A weak system pushes in Tuesday night, with showers possibly lingering into Thursday. Snow levels starting around 8,000 feet Tuesday night, falling to near the base by Wednesday morning. The heaviest snow should fall Tuesday night into Wednesday, with lighter showers Wednesday night into Thursday morning.
We could see 1-3 inches of snow at the base, and 3-9 inches of snow on the mountain from bottom to top. Highs in the 30's on the mountain Wednesday and Thursday.
Next Weekend's Storms:
We could see a quick break between storms on Friday with some sun and increasing clouds as the next storm approaches.
The next storm is expected to move through Friday night into Saturday. It could bring several inches of snow to the mountain by Saturday afternoon.
Some forecast models show another storm moving in next Sunday, while other others show a brief break before more storms by Monday the 25th. We will fine-tune the forecast for next weekend as we get closer.
We could see more storms the 25th-27th. Then possibly a break the last few days of March. The long-range models suggest we could possibly see more storms the first week of April.
