We will see clouds and sun today and through Friday with highs in the 30's on the mountain, and near 40 at the base.
Friday night into Saturday a weak system will bring light snow and colder air. We could see 3-6 inches at the base and 6-9 inches on the moutain by Saturday afternoon.
Sunday we see a break but the winds start to pick up ahead of the next storm. Highs over the weekend will only be in the 30's.
Next week we could see snow almost everyday on the mountain from the jet stream bringing in moisture Mon-Wed, and then a cold storm moving down the Coast Thursday and Friday.
Snow levels may come up to 7000-8000 feet by Tuesday before falling again on Wednesday. We could see 2+ feet of snow up top Sunday night through Tuesday and another 1-2 feet Thursday into Friday.
At the base we may see a change to rain Tuesday before going back to snow Wednesday. Still we could see 1-2 feet at the base through the week in total.
