A storm is arriving today with valley rain and mountain snows. This is a slow moving storm that will last into Sunday night. Snow levels should sit around 7000 feet before falling later Sunday.
We could see 4-6 inches of snow by Monday morning at the base, 6-12 inches at mid-mountian, and 12-18 at the top. The winds will be strong with this storm.
We will have a break Monday and Tuesday before a cold quick moving storm should move through on Wednesday bringing a few inches of snow to the region. Thanksgiving day we should have a break in the precip, but as early as Thursday night we could see another storm move in with snowfall into Friday. We could see a few more inches of snow on Friday.
The pattern setting up for next weekend into the following week is such that the cold and storms could continue. It is possible we see some stronger storm move in next weekend and the following week.
We will continue to track down each storm and post weather updates.
