Squaw picked up an additional 18 inches at the base, and 28 inches up top in the past 24 hours as of this morning. That brings the 5 day total to 5 feet 3 inches on the upper mountain!
Cold and Snowy weather continues for today. We could see an additional 6-9 inches at the base, and 7-12 inches on the mountain. The winds will continue to have strong gusts to around 75 mph on the upper mountain.
Snow showers continue tonight with several more inches possible. We could see an additional 4-7 inches at the base, and 5-10 inches on the mountain.
Storm Winds Down but Cold
The snow showers should clear out by Wednesday morning. The winds should drop to gusts of 40-45 mph up top Wednesday. A cold pattern sets in Wednesday through the weekend. Highs will only be in the 20's.
Cold Weekend Storm?
The next storm may move in Saturday night and last into Monday. We could see another 1-2 feet from this cold storm. Details are still a little fuzzy as we track the exact track of the storm. The slightest change could change the forecast significantly up or down.
Finally a Break?
Starting next Tuesday we may go into a dry spell that may last 3 days or longer.
