We picked up another 10 inches in the past 24 hours on the upper half of the mountain. That brings the season total to 101 inches so far. Alpine is not far behind at 99 inches.
We had some more snow this morning from a warm front moving through. We may see some light showers today with snow levels slowly rising.
Tonight through Tuesday high pressure builds in with dry conditions and highs in the 40's.
By Wednesday the ridge of high pressure shifs NW away from the area allowing a cold storm to move into the Pacific NW. The forecast models are not in agreement on how far South the snow will come on Christmas Day. Right now we are expecting colder temperatures Thursday and Friday, with the possibility of some light snow.
By next weekend the forecast models are all over the place with the forecast. There is a chance we see more storms but the confidence is low at this time.
