Sunny and Mild:
Sunny and mild through next Wednesday with highs in the 50's on the mountains to low 60's at the base. That is making for great skiing on soft snow. There is a lot of snow on the mountain after the March storms.
Warm/Cold Storm Next Weekend:
Next Thursday clouds and winds could increase ahead of the next storm. Friday we may see rain for all elevations with snow levels rising to 11,000 feet.
Next weekend a cold front could move in on Saturday with another push of moisture Saturday afternoon into Sunday morning. Snow levels could fall to the base with several inches of snow on the mountain Saturday night into Sunday morning.
We will be watching this storm closely all week, especially with this storm coming in during the Winter Wondergrass Festival.
The weather pattern may remain active through the week of the 9th with the chance for a colder storm or two to drop in from the Gulf of Alaska.
