The next weak and cold system drops down from the North tomorrow. We are expecting snow showers Thursday with 3-6 inches of snow possible for the mountain by Thursday evening.
The temperatures will drop to highs in the teens on the mountains and 20's at the base. Wind gusts up to 50 mph possible tonight, but they should drop off on Thursday.
For the weekend we will have partly sunny skies with highs in the 20's on the upper mountain and 30's at the base.
Sunday some scattered snow showers could move through with no accumulations expected.
Monday the next cold and weak storm drops in from the North. We could see another 3-6 inches on the mountain from this storm as it looks similar to the Thursday storm.
It also brings high temps back down into the teens and 20's into Tuesday. This storm has the possibility to trend stronger, so we will watch it closely.
A break next Wednesday but it stays cold with highs in the 20s on the mountain and 30's at the base.
Next Thursday into Friday we could see a stronger storm that could possibly bring some heavier snowfall to the mountain.
The active pattern looks to continue into March.
