Remainder of the Weekend
Sunny with highs in the 30's for the remainder of the holiday weekend. Winds could gust to 25 mph on the summit.
Sunny and milder on Tuesday with highs in the 40's.
The Storms Return
Clouds and winds increase Wednesday ahead of the next storm. We may see light precip move in by afternoon with snow levels starting around 8000 feet and falling to 7000 feet by evening.
Then Wednesday night into Thursday a cold front pushes through dropping snow levels and bringing several inches of snow. The latest model runs bring 3-6 inches to the base, and 6-12 inches to the mountain by Thursday morning.
And They Keep Coming
Not much of a break Thursday night as the next storm starts to move in. Then heavy snowfall again Friday into Friday night with several more inches of snowfall at the base, and over a foot possible on the mountain.
Snow showers may linger into next weekend as one storm departs and the next moves in by Sunday. Then another storm behind that Monday the 23rd into the 24th.
Overall right now the pattern looks to remain active with storms continuing to move in for at least a week starting Wednesday.
