Total snowfall from the storm when we tallied it on Saturday morning was 19 inches at High Camp. A series of weak systems will move through Monday through Wednesday bringing light snow with another system Friday.
Clouds will begin to increase today ahead of a trough digging into the West Coast. Several waves of precip will move through CA Monday through Wednesday. There is still a question of how much these system will split and send the heaviest precipitation down the coast to the South. That will make a difference in the snow totals over the 3 days.
We are expecting very light snowfall through the period. If the systems hold together and move across the basin instead of splitting to the South we could see slightly higher amounts. For now expections are that we could see 5-10 inches at the base and 10-15 inches on the mountain for the 3 day totals.
Another system will drop into the West Coast Friday. There is still some uncertainty in the precip amounts but it looks like inches not feet.
Starting next weekend we may heading into a drier pattern. That may transition to colder pattern with light snow by Christmas.
