Sunny and cool weather the rest of this week. High temperatures in the 40's and lows in the 20's.
Saturday will be the same weather. Then Saturday night a cold front moves through with a chance for light snow Saturday night into Sunday Morning.
The forecast models have been back and forth on whether the precipitation reaches this far South, but we could see 1-6 inches of snow on the mountain if it does. We will keep watching the trend as we get closer.
The cold air behind the front on Sunday will drop high temps into the 30's on the mountain Sunday through Tuesday.
Next week high pressure builds in over the West with quiet weather continuing. The temperatures will start the week with highs in the 30's and lows in the teens. Then the highs will warm into the 40's for the 2nd half of the week, and lows in the 20's.
The quiet weather and seasonal temperatures may continue through mid-December. We will keep watching for a pattern change back to stormy beyond mid-month.
