Through the weekend high pressure will build in over the West Coast bringing us a dry weekend with some sun. Highs in the 30's Thursday and Friday, but warming into the 40's for the weekend.
The next storm should push in on Monday through Monday night. This storm is weakening and splitting as it moves into CA. Right now amounts look light with only a coating to an inch for the mountain at best. We could see strong wind gusts up top on Monday.
Another weakening system moves through Tuesday night into Wednesday, and again Friday. These storms look to only drop a coating to an inch of snow as well. So the pattern remains active all week but only very light amounts of snow likely.
We will continue to watch each storm to see if we could see more snow than expected.
Looking at the long-range forecast models, they show the possibility of some stronger storms the 16th-19th. Then a drier pattern possible through the holidays.
