Cold with a Chance of Snow Showers Sunday & Tuesday

Snowfall Report:

Scattered snow showers on Saturday dropped up to an inch of new snow on the mountain.  That brings the season total to 618 inches!  It's a cold morning with light winds.


We have some sun and clouds today, with a chance for more scattered snow showers.  It stays cold with highs in the 20's on the upper mountain and 30's at the base.  We have lighter winds for today.  The scattered snow showers could drop a dusting to an inch of snow on the mountain.


We have a break in the storms on Monday with some sun and temperatures remaining cold with highs in the 30's.


A weak fast moving system moves through on Tuesday with light snow showers possible.  We could see a dusting up to 2 inches of snow Tuesday afternoon through the evening.  Temperatures remain cold with highs in the 20's on the upper mountain, and 30's at the base.  Ridgetop winds could gust to 45+ mph.

Wednesday into the Weekend:

We will see a drier pattern starting next Wednesday through the 3rd week of March.  We stay cold through Thursday.  Then we should see some milder temperatures as we go into the weekend of the 16th-17th with lots of sun!


There are some signs we could possibly see some storms the last week of March.
