Cold this weekend with sun and highs in the 20's. Overnight lows in the valleys into the teens and single digits. That will allow for plenty of snowmaking around the clock on the mountain to fix and expand terrain.
We start to warm up Monday through Wednesday as high pressure builds along the coast. Highs at base level will warm into the low 40's, and 30's on the mountain with plenty of sun.
Chance for Snow
Thursday we may see some light snow as a cold front moves through. Right now it looks like only a couple inches at best but we will have to see how far South the trough will dig.
The Holiday Week
Colder air into next weekend behind the cold front. We may see more light snow for Christmas Eve. The forecast models are in disagreement on how much we could see, and if the snow continues into Christmas Day.
During the Holiday week next week we should stay colder with unsettled weather and more chances for snow.
We will continue to update on the details of the upcoming storms as we get closer.
