Today we have increasing clouds and winds with gusts to 40+ mph up top by afternoon. Highs only in the 20's on the upper mountain and 30's near the base.
Tonight into Monday a very weak system could bring us a coating of snow, and maybe up to an inch or two by Monday morning on the mountain.
Sunny skies Tuesday with lighter winds, and increasing clouds and wind Wednesday ahead of the next storm.
High termperatures in the 30's on the mountain to near 40 at the base.
Wednesday night into Thursday another storm will move through. This one is much stronger with a strong cold front moving through Wednesday night.
We will see high winds Wednesday night into Thursday morning. By Thursday morning we could have 10-15 inches near the base, and 14-18 inches on the mountain.
There could be quite a bit of moisture behind the front with snow showers continuing into Thursday and Thursday night. It looks like a better chance this time than with the last storm.
By Friday morning we could have an additional 2-4 inches at the base, and 4-7 inches on the mountain. That could bring the storm totals to 1-2 feet by Friday.
Next weekend high pressure builds in with dry weather and warming conditions. High temperatures should be back into the 30's and 40's.
We may see a cool down going through the week of the 29th, but the storm track may stay just to our East. We will have to watch to see if we could get brushed by several storms.
