We have beautiful weather this weekend and into early next week. Highs are in the 50's on the upper mountain and 60's at the base.
There will be a cut-off low that will be off the coast by Wednesday. Since these lows are cut off from the flow they can just stall out or slowly wander around as they move East.
The GFS forecast model has afternoon showers possibly developing Wednesday and Thursday as the low moves closer to the coast. Then it has the low moving in next weekend with falling snow levels. The European forecast model keeps the low off the coast with a dry forecast for us over the next 10 days.
These lows are very hard to predict in their track. So we will just have to keep an eye on the track all week. If the GFS is right we could see some mountain snow next weekend.
