The Week Ahead:
Tuesday we should see sunny skies with light winds and cold temperatures. Highs remain in the 20's. Ridgetop winds gusting from the northeast at 25-35 mph.
The next cold system drops down from the north Wednesday into Thursday. This is a drier system as it moves down over land. Expecting light snow showers. We could see 3-6 inches of powdery snow with this system over the 36-hour period.
Friday should be dry with some sun and highs only in the 20's on the mountain.
Saturday into Sunday night another cold system could drop down from the north with light snow possible through the weekend. That could drop several inches of fresh snow on the mountain over the weekend.
The week of the 25th we could transition into a drier and milder pattern. Then maybe a stormier pattern again starting the weekend of the 2nd.
