We picked up 3 inches overnight up top. The next storm is already pushing into Northern CA, and more snow will break out this afternoon into tonight.
The cold front approaching today is causing some strong winds up top with gusts of 70 mph. The snow should move in by later this afternoon with snow levels dropping below the base level. The heaviest snow should fall during the evening, with snow showers lingering into Tuesday morning.
By Tuesday morning we could see 4-8 inches at the base, and 8-14 inches on the mountain.
Starting Wednesday high pressure builds in with Sunny weather through the weekend, and highs rebounding into the 50's.
The next chance for snow looks to be the beginning of next week as a cold low might drop down from the North.
