Wanderlust Yoga Studio 

Start your day off on the right side of karma. Come strengthen your physical, mental, and spiritual health at the 1,000 square foot studio Wanderlust Yoga Studio in Squaw Village all year long. Increase your endurance, strength, and flexibility with one of our yoga instructors before or after a day on Squaw Valley’s beautiful mountains. 

The Wanderlust Yoga Studio has 24 weekly classes in a variety of styles. Whether you have never done yoga before, practice daily, or anything in between, you are welcome to attend all of our classes. Looking to warm up from the inside out? Try a Vinyasa Flow or Yoga for Athletes class. Looking to relax and stretch after a long day on the slopes? Try our Apres Ski Restorative or YinYasa classes. New this season! Join us for the Squaw Fit class

Designed with the winter athlete in mind, this full-body workout combines the primary elements of fitness- strength, agility, cardio and flexibility. Using high-intensity interval training to build muscle and improve agility, and yoga stretches to improve flexibility and recovery, this signature class will help you perform your best on and off the mountain. Expect challenging circuits using dumbbells and body-weight exercises, a motivating instructor, energizing music and a much needed cool down. You do not have to be a winter athlete to take this class. Anyone seeking full-body conditioning is welcome.

Typical format:

  • 10-minute Warm-up & Skill Prep
  • 30-minute HIIT workout
  • 5-minute Core workout
  • 10-minute Cool-down & Stretch
  • 5-minute Rest & Restore
