In order to determine feasibility and related costs, provide the information requested below. Approvals and site fees are determined based on this information. Once approved, we will work with your team to plan your event.

Insurance Requirements

Be aware that you will need to provide Squaw Valley | Alpine Meadows with insurance before your event dates. Minimum coverage starts at $2,000,000 liability and $4,000,000 aggregate, these minimums increase based on risk at your event to participants and are all established using the industry requirements.
