Thank you for your interest in visiting Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows. We welcome visits by media representatives on assignment and are happy to provide assistance to make your job easier. For all media visits, please contact Liesl Hepburn with an explanation of your assignment including outlet, story, and timeline for publication. Please contact us at least two weeks in advance of your desired visit date, and at least one month in advance if requesting lodging. In addition, please understand that due to the large volume of visiting media, we are limited in what we are able to offer and cannot provide hosting on weekends and holidays. We do not provide complimentary activities (including lift tickets) to spouses, significant others, children or friends. We hope to see you on the mountain soon.

Off Sunday and Monday
I first got on skis at the age of three on the legendary “hard-pack” slopes of Cannon Mountain in my hometown of Franconia, New Hampshire. I was lucky to experience alpine skiing on the international level when traveling with my dad, a former U.S. Ski Team coach, to world cup ski racing venues across the U.S. and Europe. I moved to Squaw Valley in 2012, drawn by the sunshine, snow, and unbelievable year-round recreation and soon after fell in love with this passionate and fun-loving community. When seven feet of snow fell over my first Christmas holiday out here, I knew I made the right move!

Off Friday and Saturday
After spending my post-graduate years working as a journalist in New York, my life took an abrupt turn when I packed up and moved to Tahoe in 2014. I left the East Coast behind to spend my days soaking up the sunshine on the slopes of Squaw Valley. After four years working for the Squaw Valley Ski Team as the Jr. Development U10 Head Coach, where I was tasked with building a new ski racing program for our youngest athletes, I was fortunate to find an opportunity to return to the media industry without having to leave the Squaw Alpine family. I am proud to now be able to represent these iconic mountains in a new capacity.
