The quiet weather continues through this week as high pressure dominates the weather pattern. Highs this week will be in the 50's with light winds.
By this weekend the high pressure ridge will start to shift Northwest slightly. This may allow a cold front dropping into the Rockies from the North to push West enough to bring us colder air. Some forecast models suggest that some light snowfall could even push in by the end of the weekend.
Next week the ridge of high pressure may continue to shift Westward in the Pacific. That may allow some colder storms to start dropping down from the Gulf of Alaska by the end of next week.
