Lodging Policy valid on arrivals May 1, 2017 - November 21, 2017

An advance deposit of one night's stay plus tax is required at the time of booking. All reservations must be cancelled 5 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. All reservations canceled within 5 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of entire deposit. Subsequently, any nights cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit the full value of the nights cancelled. Reservation date changes and early departures within 48 hours are considered cancellations. Final payment is automatically charged 48 hours prior to arrival date. 

Lodging Policy valid on arrivals November 22, 2017 - December 21, 2017 & January 7, 2018 - April 7, 2018

An advance deposit of one night's stay plus tax is required at the time of booking. All reservations must be canceled 14 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of 1 night deposit. Subsequently, any nights cancelled within 7 days of arrival will forfeit the full value of the nights cancelled.  Reservation date changes and early departures within 7 days are considered cancellations. Final payment is automatically charged 7 days prior to arrival. 

Holiday Lodging Policy valid for December 22, 2016 - January 6, 2017; January 12-15, 2018; February 16-25, 2018

An advance deposit of two night's stay plus tax is required at the time of booking. All reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled within 30-14 days of arrival will forfeit a 2 night deposit. Subsequently, any nights cancelled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the full value of the nights cancelled. Reservation date changes and early departures within 30 days are considered cancellations.
