A mouth watering, sustainably sourced dinner and wine paring, served on KT Base Bar, an outdoor sun deck, under 8,000 foot mountain peaks. Chef Tiffany Swan takes it even further by adding two uniquely Tahoe elements. She sources her food from the Tahoe Food Hub, a local non-profit dedicated to connecting small farms, within 100 miles of North Lake Tahoe, to small restaurants and markets. Which means Chef Tiffany serves the freshest food around. On top of that, she prepares it all in our MTN ROOTS food truck. Our food truck focuses on unique food creations made with locally sourced ingredients. All created to make your taste buds feel good.
