  • 28-33 Inches so Far, We Could Double That by Saturday

    Some heavier than expected snow bands sat over the mountain yesterday afternoon and evening. That brought an additional 16 inches to Squaw and 21 inches to Alpine. That brings the 2 day storm totals to 28-33 inches so far, and we are only halfway done.

  • 12 Inches so Far, Snow Continues 3 More Days

    The report as of 5 a.m. was 12 inches on the mountain in the past 24 hours. The snow showers continue this morning with winds gusting to 40 + mph up top. More showers will move in today and tonight from the West as the first system finishes moving through. We could see another 5-8 inches on the mountain by Thursday morning.

  • Storm Moves In Today, Moves Out Saturday

    We are expecting heavy snowfall this evening and overnight, lighter snow showers Wednesday-Thursday, and then heavier snowfall again Thursday night-Friday night. In total we could see 2-3 feet at the base and 3-5+ feet on the mountain by Saturday.

    Nice Start to the Week Monday we should see times of clouds and sun with highs in the 40's on the mountain and 50's at the base.  We could see wind gusts to 30+ mph on the ridge tops by afternoon.

  • Over 7 Feet Storm Totals, and Over 100 Inches in 9 Days!

    Snowfall Report Another 10 inches fell in the past 24 hours from the snow showers that moved through yesterday afternoon and last night. That brings the storm totals to 7 feet on the upper mountain, and 6 feet at the base. The 9 day snowfall total is now at 105 inches!
